At FYFE, we do not hold any inventory for products other than FYFE Exclusives. All orders are fulfilled by our affiliate partners, so shipping & return rates may vary based off of that particular affiliate.
What are my shipping options?
For 90% of the items sold on FYFE, shipping is free of charge. However, there are a few products that we must charge a shipping fee for, based on the charge we incur to facilitate the order and ship the product to you.
LIP LOCKET: We charge a shipping fee of $15 for the Lip Locket.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order information. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email containing your tracking number. That tracking number will also be available in the Order History tab in the FYFE Beauty iPhone App.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most if not all items purchased on FYFE. If you go into the order history tab of the FYFE App, you’ll be able to reach out directly to us about a specific order. Or, feel free to email support@fyfebeauty.comwith any specific questions related to returns.
